New wax worm scented worm oil.

I'll have a new wax worm scented worm oil available soon. I've rigorously field tested this new formula all year and I'm completely satisfied with the results.

I do not know of anyone else who has that.  This far south, wax worms are not seen in bait stores very often, but are effective.  I do believe that a scent on plastic baits does help the catch rate.

Live wax worms are available in almost all the bait stores here in Ohio, but they don't survive for long in high temps. Waxies are like crack to the gills and specks here, once they get a taste of it, they're addicted and can't stop from hitting it again.

Two baits that are prevalent up y'alls way that are very seldom seen down here are the wax worms and spikes.  We see meal worms occasionally, which are very effective,  but we are  a cricket and red wiggler culture.  Another bait that is never seen are leeches.   I guess the social circle precludes "nasty" baits such as maggots and bloodsuckers.

Live leeches are a deadly bait. They can be hard to find in the bait stores here also but a little farther north they are available almost everywhere. I used to buy the small ones for pan fish and the jumbo size for walleye. Leeches are tough and stay on a hook well
